__dirtywordz - burn

Playing tracks by

COH, ONNO, Solomun, Wirettappeur, My Favourite Robot and more.

A slick 3&1/2 hour journey through the new & old deep, progressive, hypnotic tech house that i've been smashing on everyone's soundsystems. it has that melodic edge that you don't hear everyday, especially in this city. no cut, no paste, no edits, no sync. #realdjing
i hope you enjoy this motherfucker ok

Maria Mckinnon

Twist me turn me roll me out wild ride i followed all the way through. I especially like the portion # 9 my name is telecraft total how i see the theme of this one coming together with u as the digital scientist literaly so to speak. Lol seriuos

someone else mentioned to me that they absolutely loved that track .. by Anthony Rother. i first heard it in 2008 on a mix from Dj Hell. i like to think i saved it for the perfect moment. Maria, i am glad you followed it. i know i's tough for some to have a 3&1/2 hour attention span, but this one wouldn't stop when i was mixing it. i was three tracks ahead pretty much all the way through. in essence, i, myself, followed it all the way through when i was spinning. i wasn't at the helm, my musical intuition, my internal soundcard, and the dancer living in my soul had me lay this one down kinda seeing the entire picture, but not actually understanding it yet. i havent stopped listeneing to it myself since i spun it. i think it's my favourite set. a great friend of mine initially said "too slow". i didnt say anything but each consecutive time i listened those words were bouncing around with the rhythms until just days ago i realized what it was. before i could tell him ... he sent me a message saying... Burn not bad. that's him revoking his initial comment. but you know why i think he thought it was too slow? becase i think it's the deepest one i ever mixed yet. You Like it Deep always held that title but it's only one cd. its so easy to drift off into dreamworld listening to that one, and its a banger. but this one here, Burn.... i found that quite a few times, usually during my midnight walks with my audio technica studio hesadphones on full tilt, even then i could get lost in the clouds. but there were times of absolute clarity and awareness, and i think this is how you heard it, and i appreciate that, girl. and i also am glad you felt the ride. thats why i do wat i do, still, and always will. if i feel it, someone or many even everyone might also get that opportunity. it's the music that moves me.
