Heh heh, yeah that drum & bass Bailey album is always up in my top 25 favorites of all time. I always loved how he would collaborate with just about anyone just to give him the challenge, but something bout that drum & bass one is still head and shoulders above the rest. I love it so much. I'll have to put one of those Arcana tracks into one of my mixes sooner or later.

Oh, and I'm back stateside now, not in China. I had to leave a little early because of family reasons. That's why my cat is here. I wish I could have taken her.

You keep cranking these out and they're al good. By the way my cat meowed at me during the Bailey track I think that means she liked it.

My mixes are for you and me and not the fucking industry haha

Speaking of Derek Bailey. Hardly any other artists music makes sense to me like his. He's definitely one of the biggest musical discoveries of my life. Don't know what it is but everything he does makes perfect sense to me. Of course the joy is even extented when he teams up with other artists or genres I dig e.g. Laswell/Zorn/Tacuma etc. Remembering your favorite super powers namely listening to more than one album at a time made me contemplate on numerous album album challengess like naming my 10 favorite albums, chosing this or that many albums to take along to a lonely island or my favorite album of all time.
Whereas naming my favorite albums is an almost daunting task for me naming the one feels rather naturally to me. It definitely gots to be Arcana - The Last Wave. Can't remember any other music giving me such a chill over more than 20 years from the first to the last listening experience.

Cheers to my musical brother of another mother

PS
Can't stop wondering how you were able to take your cat with you to China. Which proves how prejudiced I still am inspite of my 25 years of telllievision abstinence haha.
