Guy Charles is the Executive Chef at The Vig, in Providence Rhode Island. His career path took him from the Culinary Institute of America to the West Coast, in the 80's, where he got hired in San Francisco, to work for legendary Chef and Author, Jeremiah Tower. In addition to being a farm to table culinary advocate, Guy talks about some of his other interests, including comedy, and specifically George Carlin.
