Copyshop feat. SnemK, Gazeebo, Slove, Mu, Funkwerkstatt and more.
Slove are fast becoming a hit amongst the indie elite. A low-slung mix of grooving bass, synth-driven melody and tickling, teasing guitar riffs, they're the French equivalent to Brightonian dance-punkers Fujiya & Miyagi. The French band have just released their debut album ‘Le Danse’ and have already picked up. You can hear elements of Primal Scream mixed with the unashamed sexual prowess of Sebastian Tellier - effortlessly melding styles of rock, grunge, punk and electronica into a heady mix of sleazy, low-grooving pop music – nodding graciously to the Hacienda and indie idol’s Sonic Youth, My Bloody Valentine and Pale Saints among others. Leo Hellden & Julian Barthe produce grooving independent music with flair, decadence and juxtaposed, conflicting ideals and lyrical subject matter.
