Hurricane, UT – When you were a child and you lost something, you were taught to look until it was found. Likewise, when you lose weight, your subconscious believes you’ve lost something and goes to work to find it. Even though you succeeded in changing bad habits to new ones, the weight you’ve lost becomes permission to return to your old habits. Bryan Larson was in the best shape of his life when he graduated from the Army’s basic training at 22 years of age.
