According to the trade, Warner’s will make an ambitious attempt to use Martin Scorsese to bring Leonardo DiCaprio on as the Clown Prince of Crime. Though there's no offer yet for DiCaprio, and THR is also saying that Scorsese's deal to produce isn't finalized just yet, the attempt to sign DiCaprio is a signal for Hollywood that WB is looking to hire serious filmmakers to make serious, award caliber films based on their DC prop
