Pick fresh squash/zuccini/pumpkin flowers. You need to be gentil. Wash them and dry softly with a paper towel. Make a flour and water batter that is kink of runny, about the consistency of pancake batter - but just a touch thinner. Start with a 1/2 cup of flour and slowly add water.
