That’s until the recent publication of a pioneering book, “The Routledge Companion to Architectural Pedagogies of the Global South”.
As its co-editor Dr Harriet Harriss tells Charles Leonard, the diversifying of the architectural canon demands the inclusion of countless voices from the Global South that have been marginalised – and to radically expand architecture as something beyond the monograph or the major commission.
