Political Junkie Gives History Lesson Of Past U.S. Election Tamperings

With the Electoral College formally voting Monday, Political Junkie Ken Rudin gives some history of voting turnovers -- or lack of -- and the slim chances of Hillary Clinton winning despite her huge popular vote victory.
"There are many people not willing to accept what happened on Nov. 8," Rudin says.
To overturn Donald Trump's victory, Clinton would need 37 electors to change their minds, which Rudin says is highly unlikely.
There is also discussion about the history of election tampering in light of evidence showing that Russia intervened in the election to help Trump win.
