Stock markets stable after China trade warning

Stock markets around the world have stabilised, after fears of a slowing global economy and the US-China trade war sparked a big sell-off on Wednesday. We get analysis from Cary Leahey of Decision Economics in New York. On Thursday the Hong Kong government unveiled a $2.4 billion package to support a slowing economy as escalating political protests and the prolonged U.S.-China trade war weigh heavily on the Asian financial centre.
