One of the biggest complaints I hear is that people are constantly tired. They want to know how to increase their energy levels, how to feel good the majority of the time and how to stay motivated.
We live in a high tempo world where it often feels like we can't keep. We feel a step behind and then when we try to up the ante, set the intention, we get home and slump into the couch and turn on Netflix.
Next thing we know it's time for bed and we haven't done any of the things we promised ourselves we would. Then comes the guilt and negative self-talk and the cycle repeats.
Is it any wonder we don't feel like we're getting things done? I mean seriously.
This week I give you some tips to raise your energy levels so you DO have the energy to do the extra work and get yourself on top. Success does take work. Moving from where you are to where you want to be, does take work. Work requires energy. So let's get some of that.
