Hello Bovine Ska and Rocksteady Listeners!
Our first two sets to open the show are of the ska featuring a couple of rare cuts from Federal in 1964 and 1965. This week we have a super deep reggae label in Willie Francis' LITTLE WILLIE LABEL. After recording as a vocalist for Buster, Willie opened up his own label on Orange Street in Kingston to record not only his own cuts but also tracks from Charlie Organaire, Max Romeo and a young Calvin Scott who would soon become Cocoa Tea. Please SHARE if you enjoy the show here on Mixcloud or one Facebook. Much love, Generoso and Lily
