Hi Gene and Lily, I keep meaning to tell you that when I play your tunes, I do my yoga practice... so now I am doing bovine ska yoga. and today in the Globe was an article about a POPup reggae yoga class. This is wild Melody. Back when ska punk got big in the mid 1990s, my buddy Scott in NYC wanted to open SKAROBICS centers in the city. He was joking but it sounded good to me. I'm glad you can do yoga to the Bovine Ska. I always thought that reggae dubs would also be great for meditation. Worth a try?
