Bloomberg Law: Fracking Rules Turned Down By Judge (Audio)

(Bloomberg) -- Charles Warren, a partner at Kramer, Levin, Naftalis, and Frankel, and Brandon Barnes, a senior litigation analyst for Bloomberg intelligence, discuss Federal Judge Scott Skavdahl's Tuesday decision, which ruled that federal regulators lack the authority to set rules for hydraulic fracturing, another setback to the Obama administration's efforts to regulate how fossil fuels are mined. The ruling is just the latest bad news in the Obama administration's clean climate plans after the U.S. Supreme Court blocked the EPA from enforcing Obama's Clean Power Plan earlier in the year. They speak with Bloomberg Law hosts June Grasso and Michael Best on Bloomberg Radio's "Bloomberg Law."
