Today, we're going to talk a few minutes about how to 'pivot' from anger to progress!
At some point, we all need this discussion don't we? I know I've had several times recently that I had to use ALL FOUR of the steps that I'm going to share with you today to help me deal with life and yes, anger! :)
Now, as we goes through each of these steps, we need to remember that, as with anything in life, we only get good at what we practice. So these steps aren't conceptual, and it's not my intention to share them so you'll just think they're just nice things to think about -- these are things that we actually need to commit to DOING so that they will work for us on a consistent basis. Even if you just chunk them down and focus on using them one at a time over the course of the next 4 week, I sincerely believe they they'll be helpful.
