In the first segment of this episode, Stu if joined by two of Asheville's best food makers, who are working out of some of the strangest locations, Chef Christopher Lee, and Matthew Howell from The Montfrod Pull-Up. Then as usual, Stu is joined by Chef Joe Scully, and the topic is Customer Feedback visa vi Trip Advisor, Yelp, and comment cards. In the finally segment, we know that "something has gone horribly awry" because Paddy Riels from Asheville Food Tours is in the studio, rather then that guest who was booked (ahemchefjustinburdett). It's a fun show, and Joe and Stu dust it up a little bit over the comment card thing.
