Catherine Garceau - represented the Canadian Synchronized Swimming Team in the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, Australia where she helped her team clutch the bronze medal.
She continued competing on the Canadian National Team, traveling the world and performing until 2002 when depression, anxiety and her eating disorder became overwhelming. This motived her to change her way of life and become mentally, emotionally and physically healthy
She joins us today to share her amazing accomplishments, her challenges and how she was able to overcome her demons.
She is now a keynote speaker traveling the world and inspiring others, Author of the book “Swimming Out of Water” an Autobiography about her life as an Olympian and a life-altering experience being stuck on a cliff for 24 hours in the Red Rocks of Las Vegas.
