I had the opportunity to sit down with the founder and co-owner of Squealers BBQ this week to talk about how they got started, where they are headed and maybe get a few tips on how NOT to ruin BBQ. As you know, if you listen to the show, I am no grill master.
Jeff Yater took me through the Squealers story from it's genesis to the conceptualization of their award winning BBQ recipes and sauces.
I also wrap up the launch of Edible Indy Magazine, who was there and what we ate (and drank)!
