Spinning Interval Energy Zone. Today we are going to climb 4 hills. Now imagine repeating every hills two times. Set the first attempt like a reacon nearly 5 min long (set a "moderate" to "moderate-hard pace"), then head back to the start (recover to an "easy" perceveid exertion), while the final attempt will be near a "moderate-hard" to "hard" perceived exertion for nearly 3 total mins: second time will be faster (mean 70 RPM cadence) and with extra resistance under your feet.Thanks to Indoor Cycling Association and Jennifer Sage for their continuos effort of improving my teaching experience: this profile was originally conceived for a cycling class at the Seattle Athletic Club downtown by Shari Miranda (ICA instructor & collaborator).
