Spinning Interval Energy Zone. This ride will develop aerobic resistance, neuromuscular condition, muscle strenght through an interval workout splitted in three sections: flat, climb, flat. The same song brings the class to recover sections in between.
Season is starting so I'm going to use more realistic and safer cadences now than those we are use to during the season (flat sections range between 85 to 100 RPM, climb goes from 65 to 70 RPM): these cadence ranges are ideal to develop muscle strenght thus avoiding those excessive speeds good to raise up the heartbeat involving less muscular strenght instead: you can always work with a good amount of resistance on the flywheel without going breathless! Tracks are reworked for the ride purpose: it is easy to understand what to do and when (a profile sheet is provided at the link below).
