About the show
What are leelas? They are defined as the playful sport of the Avatar. Though playful, each leela is full of meaning and lessons if we pay attention. A casual glance through the leelas of Lord Krishna and those of Sathya Sai show striking similarities in the messages they convey and the playfulness with which they were done.
But it should also be remembered that a leela is not performed in order to teach something. Instead, a leela is the nature of the Lord just as warmth is the nature of the flame! For a devotee thirsting to drink in the divine nectar of the Lord's leelas, this talk will surely act at least as a glass of water!
It was delivered as a tribute to Sai and Krishna on the day after Krishna Janmashtami, the 6th of September 2015, in the Satsangh hall at Prasanthi Nilayam, Puttaparthi.
