This is a short mix that I did for a 2009 stage production of "Closer". It was used as pre-show or intermission music. The selection was inspired by the era, and mood of the play. Mixed originally in Ableton Live 7, I was happy to find this while going through some old hard drives. When I went to listen to it, the file was corrupted. Luckily I also found all the project files and was easily able to resurrect and remaster it in Live 9.
Other songs from the Soundtrack (not in this mix): life is sweet (chemical brothers),
becoming x (sneaker pimps), turquoise hexagon sun (boards of canada), bad stone (crystal method) nice dream (radiohead), don't marry her (beautiful south), numb (portishead), funk freakers (cypress hill), pedestal (portishead), yasawas (amon tobin), menofearthereaper (pop will eat itself), the hearts filthy lesson (david bowie), knee deepen (moloko), subterranean homesick alien (radiohead), the love thieves (depeche mode), how do (sneaker pimps)
