Margaret Thatcher, the most divisive British Prime Minister of modern times, didn't do a great deal for British music in her 11 years at no. 10 Downing Street. However, it was a remarkably fertile time for British music - From full on protest to pure escapist pop!. This is the first half of the first of two shows dedicated to the music created during one of the most turbulent times in Britain's recent history.
