A balanced suppply of minerals is necessary in order for the human body to function. Too much calcium, however, can become dysfunctional in the body if other nutrients, especially magnesium, are not available. A consisent supply of micro-nutrients and trace minerals in the diet every day can provide more balanced nutrition, and allows macro-nutrients and vitamins to function properly.
