The young couple dropped their 6-year-old bulldog Matilda Grace off at the pet resort - two hours later a phone call confirmed the unthinkable - their dog had died. “I was extremely adamant about telling them she can’t swim,” Matthew Spott said. “And that she’s not afraid of water, so you have to be extra careful.” The story does not end there... it seems the Spott's are suing the doggy care facility for the death of their bulldog. Yet the Spott's knew the resort had a large pool, and there were over a hundred dogs in their care that weekend. And with a name like 'Always Unleashed'... well you get the idea!
