Search for a DJ set he did called "Xerxes - Live on DI.fm 07.06.2004". Thae Amos track is featured. It's also a superb set, featuring mostly tracks by him that are otherwise unreleased.

It's her alright. The original song is from 1991 and was always acappella (just voice. no backing) . Xerxes was the first artist to write chords and do an arrangement for it, releasing it online as an unofficial bootleg track in 2004. Amos herself never performed it with accompaniment until a live show in 2007.
