Jilliana Ranicar Breeze invites Marita Wild into the BHCR studios for the Your Voice Matters programme to read from her forthcoming novel A Pan of Scouse and Jilliana reads some her vignettes all with specific reference to Liverpool in the 1960s. Those days seem to be unique in that there was an open struggle to express both sexuality and artistic yearning against a stultifying class structure that pervaded society so be warned some listeners might be startled by the explicit nature of the revelations herein.
