Robin Banks went to school with Mick Jones and Paul Simonon and later travelled the world with The Clash. Mick wrote "Stay Free" about him as he had done time for robbing banks and he famously knocked out Sandy Perlman backstage in 1978. He later became a human shield in Iraq. We'll be talking about all this and listening to his Flipside Five
