Nice wee flow to this mix,Marty ::))
Loving the combo of classic house and deep house to conjure up a beautiful,chilled summer's day( even if Scotland won't contribute the weather! )
it seems we have Peace Division and now,Art Department in common i.e.good taste ::))
The sequence from Vampire Nightclub onwards is just class and really enjoying The Game as well^^
Quality,mate-keep them coming ::))

Thank you sir! I always have the records in order for mixing, but it does change about sometimes when i'm mixing it. It sounds daft, but i never practice a mix before doing one, i just listen to new tunes every weekend for a few weeks when i'm off and supping the vino, and seem to form the playing order that way. I never pay attention to BPM's on the mixer, but i don't think i got above 120 on this mix. Now i'm 44, i'm getting slower BPM's with age obviously, hahaha! I've still got two boxes of old mixtapes from the mid 90's onwards and listened to a couple recently. Jeezo, probably nearer 140, haha! Aye, Crosstown Rebels has been a fave label for years now, and loved the Art Dept snippet you can listen to on Juno so bought it. The 2nd track Tornado Wallace is my fave on the mix, but only just. I just love the way it builds, goes off for a few minutes then calms down again. I think i started the mix around +3 as the first two were low BPM's just so the later tracks didn't sound too slow. Thanks again for listening and i'm glad you liked it. I think the next one will be an Oldies again as i'm pretty much up to date with more recent purchases. Until next payday that is..... :)
