Timmy Schumann has been spreading his love of dance music throughout San Diego since 2009, when he began teaching himself to mix on CDJs. Though he grew up listening to hip-hop and rock artists like The Beastie Boys and Linkin Park, his life was forever changed after stumbling upon Tiesto's Just Be in 2006. This newfound interest in electronic music led him to attend Monster Massive the following year, where he discovered how truly powerful dance music could be. The songs build with a tension that nearly pulls one's being apart before breaking with unimaginable intensity. It's a breathtaking feeling unlike any other, and one he aims to share as Tim Tensity.
