Episode 7 of Tale Waves is The Bird of Fire – a story of friendship, respect, fantasy, and finally the ultimate love between two young people.

The story, already a firm favourite among children who have heard the story at Farnham Library, is set in China, and is told by Princess Lin-Tang.

Tale Waves is the storytelling podcast for younger children where Hetty TaleWaves welcomes a different character each week to read a story from the imagination of Farnham-based storyteller Gilly Stewart.
