Last year Jamie and Mark made a podcast series with the Transatlantic Literary Women, with recordings from their symposium at the Glasgow Women's library. https://www.mixcloud.com/TransatlanticLadies/
For those who don't know, there is an upcoming TLW '"Suffrage Centenary Celebration" event up on Saturday Sat 26th – Sun 27th May at the People's Palace Museum and you are invited!
So we've decided to bring you the recording of when the TLW came to the Scottish Writers' Centre last year for an evening of poetry and prose that engaged with the transatlantic theme.
There was a fantastic selection of writers from either side of the Atlantic and the host for the evening was Carolyn Jess-Cooke who teaches creative writing at the University of Glasgow as well as being a multiple award-winning author and poet.
