Munich On Air: Munk

This upload features tracks from Erodiscotique, Esperanza, Alan 1, Severino Horse Meat Disco, The KDMS and more.

Text by Sylvia Weber

Following in the footsteps of Giorgio Moroder and Munich´s glamorous disco past the two Italian-born producers Mathias "Munk" Modica and Jonas Imbery aka "Telonius" built up the label Gomma in Munich, arguably Germany´s freshest and most interesting record label with signings including Phenomenal Handclap Band, Whomadewho and Moullinex.

In this exclusive mix for Satellite Voices On Air he goes all out Gomma. Munk, the producer, label boss, globetrotter and favourite fashion industry DJ has been pioneering the European disco scene over the past few years. And although touring the world, Mathias Modica will always call Munich home and was happy to put together this inspiring mix for Satellite Voices Munich featuring 100% Gomma all stars.
