This show was 1st in the global funky chart, 2nd in the global soulful chart, 6th in the global r'n'b chart, 15th in the global soul chart and 23rd in the global r&b chart.
This is the fifth part with sounds from the second half of the eighties including some
UK street soul stuff this time. The music from that time was never my favorite. But there were some nice tracks that I can hear every now and then.
When David Bowie reinvented himself, he called his music "Plastic Soul". This term is very appropriate for this music too. Even if it was over ten years later.
