This mix is a continuation of my mixes that explore songs usually in the range of those that charted between 40 and 101 on the Billboard pop (or Hot 100) charts. I had done five such mixes for years within the decades of the '50s and '70s but only four for the '60s. This one throws a bit more weight in the direction of that middle period, as it should, because it was at least a bit more special (in my humble opinion) than the decade just before and after. My only regret is that I didn't have a chance to do a similar mix for 1964 and 1965 before ZeRO closed its posting doors (however you should find them at my page on mixcloud at some point in the not too distant future). I'm not good at begging, and it is likely too late for it anyway, but this mix also represents a plea for reconsideration on taking the Zen Running Order site down from an active to a static state. The first song kind of sums it up. Other tracks that fit the message are 24-25 and 28-30.
