The Bowen Technique is a soft tissue therapy using light moves over muscles and fascia, which stimulates an impulse from within the nerve endings in the tissues, this impulse encourages the body to make adjustments where necessary, and helps rebalance the body relieving tension, pain and inflammation. There is no manipulation involved and improvements are often felt directly after one treatment.
