Co-oking: Startup launches a co-working kitchen in Brussels.

You've heard of co-working offices before but Brussels-based startup, Co-oking, are launching a co-working space with a difference. Their commercial kitchen in Anderlecht aims to create a shared space for culinary entreprenuers where they can pool their resources, share ideas and knowledge, and create a supportive community that fosters business opportunities. Luc Steinbert speaks to Elodie from Co-oking about where the idea came from, their opening day on Sunday November 22nd and foie-gras flavoured ice cream.
