In this workshop we will discuss the differences between a decolonized diet and a colonized one, while giving tips on how to make changes starting from a mindset that embraces senses (the pleasure of eating) and the spiritual (connection to the land, connection to the ancestors).
We will demonstrate how to make water kefir and will be provide tasting samples of various kefir flavors. Some kefir granules will be gifted to participants (depending on availability and number of participants).
