The latest episode of Kirsty Martin and Hullabaloo Quire's community choir radio show, Vox Pop, on Brighton’s Radio Reverb is available now. This is a monthly radio show celebrating vocal harmony, community singing, community choirs and a cappella music from around the world. The latest edition has a dramatic double focus! Firstly, Kirsty explores some of the stunning vocal music used in the recent Hulu series Devs, shown on BBC2 - including music by The Beacon Sound Choir, Low, The Hilliard Ensemble, Finnish musician Suvi Eeva Aikas and Crosby Stills and Nash - AND Vox Pop celebrates some of the more chorally influenced work of the late great Ennio Morricone. The spoken word feature this month choir members reflecting upon a term of singing via Zoom and what the future may bring for our singers.
