Del Shannon and Frankie Valli (from the Four Seasons) are originally rock & roll singers, but they had hits on the R&B charts as well, because of their incredible falsetto voices. Prof, So funny that I stumbled across your page here. For a month now I have been thinking to myself that I need to go back and explore the great beats from Funk and R&B of the 70's, go looking for those tight sounds. Good baseline, grooviness. I searched for Bob Marley 9/20/80 Madison Square Garden concert, which I found on mixcloud. Never been to the site before. That ended and you came up next in the playlist, I think #33, then Soul Twist. I ended up where I was looking o begin. I appreciate your knowledge and passion for the topic. Many blessings.
