Chart positions
This show was 3rd in the global funk chart, 3rd in the global funk - soul - jazz chart, 6th in the global r&b chart, 8th in the global jazz chart and 9th in the global soul chart.
I went down to the vaults from Capitol and affiliated labels, like Blue Note, EMI, Stateside, Liberty and United Artists again. Beautiful singer Kandace Springs (picture) is one of the upcoming flag bearers of Capitol/Blue Note. Enjoy! Full tracklist is on my blog: http://professoreddy.blogspot.nl/2016/02/soul-capital-from-capitol-vaults.html It would be nice if you joined me on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/djprofessoreddy/

Sweet selection.. a big joy to listen too :)
Thanks, Guido!
Cool. I knew many artists in the mix, but not these songs or renditions. So thanks for the Capitol-ism. A friend of mine stocks the complete Frank Sinatra sessions on Capitol. They are massive! Good to hear more contemporary stuff as well as some nice old goodies. ... a quite diverse set!
Thank you! Yeah, Frank was one of big names on Capitol.
And the beat goes on!
Very nice one ;-)
Thank you!
Rose Rouge - Valentin - très agréable - merci bien! :)
