There are many challenging water issues facing us here in the city; environmental degradation, pollution, aging infrastructure, and climate change. The Philadelphia Water Department's Marc Cammarata, Deputy Commissioner of the Department’s Planning and Environmental Services, and Kelly Anderson, the Watershed Protection Program Manager of the Department, will discuss the complexities of how the Philadelphia Water Department manages its water supply and works on environmental issues. Also on this show: Water Project from Temple University Students as part of a Geography of Hazards class at Temple, and news and updates on water stories locally, nationally, and globally with host, Kay Wood, and your assistant producer/reporter, Linda Rosenwein.
