I did this mix for a friend's high school reunion that I wasn't able to DJ in person. We joked about putting an inverted hat in front of the speakers for people to drop tips in if they liked the mix. The hat wasn't there but compliments were.
Oh and the crackles and sibilance you hear are the real thing: both turntables were employed for much of this.
