On January 18, 2014, Chris and her husband Marty made history as the first married American couple to ski unguided, unsupported, and unassisted to the South Pole. For 570 miles over 48 days they hauled their 220 pound sleds in conditions I still can't quite fathom. Chris has truly led a life of adventure, accompanied by family, friends, and you guessed it, music.
