Thank you for this tremendously informative program. I'll be sharing it widely. The general public is in the dark about what has been happening and what is in store for our public education system. While there have been many shortcomings in the system, the onslaught of all-digital-all-the -time-everywhere-"learning" is a travesty and very dangerous to the American that we thought we were living in. I agree wholeheartedly with Alison that human children need human interaction with peers and teachers. Technology can be an adjunct to learning, but not a replacement for knowledgeable, perceptive, and compassionate human teachers.
