I’m definitely going to get his book. It was very interesting to hear him talk about how the time of day can have an effect on cognitive ability. Chronobiology is a new field he mentioned that seems very interesting as well . Going to look into this more

I never would have thought that Lunch could be more important than breakfast. I always thought it was proven that breakfast was the most important meal of the day. I like how he breaks out the day into the three groups. Peak, Trough, Recovery. He makes a lot of sense.

School start times I have always thought made no sense. My town is a one of those at fault that has our high school starting at 7:30 am and Elementary school starting at 9:00am. In my opinion it should be reversed.

I’m also a big fan of time outs. And have noticed by exercising during lunch hours I come back more alert and refreshed. Almost reset and am able to power through the trough.

All in all a great show. I can’t wait to read his book and learn more.
