Today marks our two-year anniversary. We began in June of 2014 as a streaming radio station before converting to a podcast. Today, 200 podcasts later, we celebrate! This new two-hour episode mines the best of underground rock from the late '70s through the early '90s — with plenty of forgotten nuggets tossed into the mix. We'l hear from The Chills, Echo & The Bunnymen, The Fleshtones, Ultra Vivid Scene, Yo La Tengo, Camper Van Beethoven, fIREHOSE, Stereolab, Big Black, Wall of Voodoo, Swervedriver, Guided By Voices, Mission of Burma, The Screaming Blue Messiahs, The Church, Descendents, Suicide, Luna, The Cramps, and The Stranglers, plus lots of lesser-known cuts from groups like Mi-Sex, Necessaries, Neon Hearts, Nikki & The Corvettes, Horizontal Brian, and The Judy's.

Tank you very much, my musical friend
Wow--I can't believe I've never run into this Horizontal Brian song! What a treat. I feel like my knowledge of the genre, but I always find something new and good in your podcasts--thank you!
Thanks, Jon. That song is relatively new to me, too. We'll keep exploring, together!
It's amazing how much great and interesting stuff is still out there, overlooked after all these years, right? That Henry Badowski song is a gem. The moment I heard that a couple years ago, I scoured eBay for a copy.
Like the best mix tape you could ever get
Congratulations! Listen frequently while at work. Keep up the good work!
