Breakfast with Phil Gough 22 Feb 2017 (guest Katy Bradley of KTB Music)

Breakfast with Phil Gough 22 Feb 2017 (guest Katy Bradley of KTB Music)

About the show

Phil's guest today is Katy Bradley, proprietor of KTB Music (, a music teaching and services organisation based in Much Hoole.

Katy told Phil about growing up in the Longton/Hoole countryside (where she was constantly "in the fields with my Dad, who was a turf farmer at the time").

With music an integral part of her life from the earliest age, it's no surprise that Katy's organisation now runs no less than four choirs and a concert band, as well as holding regular singalongs and afternoon recitals.

Katy brought a huge dose of infectious, positive energy and enthusiasm to the Leyland Festival Radio studio and included in the interview, which starts at 44min15, is a recording of a gorgeous song written and performed by Katy herself - The Road That I Travel.
