Hello my friends!
Another month another LMS show!
Even though the sun is still a bit shy in the sky here in the UK, we crank up the heat with some great Jazz and a bit special running mini mix.
I talk about how it went in Berlin, say my thank you's, as well as discuss some of my future running adventures that will include a trip to Amsterdam in the fall.
