Vic McCoy is a 99 year old incredibly engaging artist from a time when many things were so different in MARGATE his art work for the entertainment venues of Margate and Cliftonville in the early part of the 1900's are still being discovered . Vic is now living in Margate and is as bright as a polished button Jan-Clare Side, Roger Allen along with John Crips of the Dreamland Trust went along to visit him to discover the man who painted the "Welcome to Dreamland" sign that millions of people visiting Margate will remember nostalgically.
